What We Do
Portable Restroom Rentals Across Ventura County
We rent portable restrooms to construction sites, farms, events and households across Ventura County, and we service every one of them ourselves on a fixed weekly route. That covers the standard blue and charcoal units most people picture, the deluxe flushing versions, wheelchair-accessible units, multi-room restroom trailers with running hot water, and the portable sinks that go alongside all of them.
The company runs out of a yard on North Olive Street in Ventura, and the routes go out from there daily to Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Moorpark, Santa Paula, Fillmore, Ojai and Port Hueneme. Being local is the reason a single unit on a driveway in Ojai still gets a sensible price and gets serviced on the same day every week rather than whenever a truck happens to be passing.
Every rental is quoted flat. Delivery, placement, weekly servicing, restocking and collection at the end are inside the number, and there is no fuel surcharge or environmental fee added at the finish. Job sites go month to month with no term commitment; events are priced by the day or the weekend.
The thing that decides whether a portable restroom rental goes well is not the unit, it is the servicing. Pump-out, interior wash, sanitizing, deodorizer and fresh paper and hand sanitizer, every week, from a driver who knows the site. When somebody has had a bad experience with a portable toilet, that is almost always the part that was missing.

Why Go With Us
Most portable restroom companies quote the same equipment at a similar price, so the difference shows up in week three rather than on the quote. We own our trucks and employ our drivers, so the same person services your site every week and notices when a unit needs moving or the schedule needs stepping up. We size the servicing to the crew rather than defaulting to weekly on everything. And we quote the whole job, including collection, so nothing arrives on the final invoice that was not discussed on the first call.
- Family-run and locally dispatched since 2011, from a yard on North Olive Street in Ventura.
- Weekly service included in every rental rate: pump-out, wash-down, sanitizing, deodorizer, paper and hand sanitizer.
- Our own trucks and our own drivers on fixed county routes, so your site gets the same person every week.
- No long-term contracts. Job sites go month to month and events are priced by the day or weekend.
- Charcoal and gray units on residential streets, so a long remodel does not upset the neighbors.
- Standard units, trailers, ADA units and sinks from one yard, so the recommendation fits the job rather than the stock.

What We Are Here To Do
Make the restroom the part of your job or your event that nobody has to think about. That means telling a contractor when one unit will not be enough before the crew doubles rather than after, telling a couple when VIP units beat a trailer at their venue even though the trailer is the bigger sale, and showing up on the same day every week whether the site is in Ventura or at the far end of the valley in Fillmore. We would rather quote a job honestly and get the next five from the same builder than win one on a number we knew was going to grow.
Why Choosing The Right Portable Restroom Company Matters
Portable sanitation is one of the easier services to quote cheaply and one of the harder ones to deliver well, because the cost sits in the servicing rather than the equipment. A vendor who wins the job on price has one obvious way to make the margin back, and it is the weekly visit. These are the failures we get called in to fix, and every one of them was avoidable at the quoting stage:
- Serviced fortnightly on a weekly quote. The tell is a unit that is unpleasant by the end of week one, and it is the single most common complaint about our industry.
- A unit count taken from the customer rather than from the crew size or the guest list. Under-ordering costs almost nothing to fix at quote stage and is miserable to fix on the day.
- Surcharges that appear at the end. Fuel, environmental and collection fees are how an unusually cheap monthly rate becomes an average one, and they are never on the first quote.
- No accessible unit on a public event or a public works site. That is a legal requirement rather than an upgrade, and it gets noticed at inspection rather than at booking.
- Placement on soft or sloping ground. A unit that is not level does not drain, does not stay clean and eventually goes over, and on an event site it takes the truck with it.
- A vendor with no local yard. Distance is where servicing quietly slips, and Ojai, Fillmore and the back country are where you find out whether a company genuinely runs the whole county.
Ask any company you are considering how often they service, what is included and who collects at the end. The answers separate them quickly. Call: (805) 303-5605
What Portable Restroom Rental Costs In Ventura
A standard unit is roughly $95 to $175 for an event day and $150 to $275 a month on a job site with weekly service included. ADA units run $150 to $300 a day, restroom trailers start around $900 for a two-room suite, and hand washing stations are $80 to $150 a day. What moves any of those:
- How long you keep it. Monthly rates are dramatically cheaper per day than event rates, and the crossover is at about a week.
- Servicing frequency. Weekly is in the rate. A twenty-person crew or a hot Simi Valley summer needs more, and we would rather quote that at the start.
- Unit type. Standard, deluxe flushing, ADA, trailer and sink are five price points, and most sites end up with a mix.
- How many units. Per-unit pricing improves as the count rises, because most of a delivery’s cost is the truck being there at all.
- Delivery access. Everything on our normal routes is included; a long run into the back country or a site needing a smaller truck is priced up front.
- Timing. Weekend and holiday deliveries, same-day drops and mid-event servicing sit outside the route and carry a premium.

Every quote is flat and includes delivery, placement, weekly servicing and collection. Prices are broken down further on the porta potty rental, restroom trailer and hand washing station pages.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to rent a portable restroom?
Costs vary by unit type, rental length and delivery distance. In Ventura County a standard unit runs about $95 to $175 for a single event day, and around $150 to $275 a month on a job site with weekly service included. ADA units, deluxe flushing units and restroom trailers cost more, and per-unit pricing improves when you take several. Every quote we give is flat and includes delivery, servicing and collection.
Is there a minimum rental period?
One day for events and one month for construction sites, which is the standard across the industry. The monthly rate works out far cheaper per day than event pricing, so anything running more than about a week should be on it. There is no term commitment beyond the month you are in.
Are delivery and pickup included in the price?
Yes, anywhere inside our normal service area, which runs from Port Hueneme and Oxnard up through Ventura and Ojai and east to Fillmore, Santa Paula, Moorpark, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley. Sites outside that, or ones needing a second trip with a smaller truck, carry a delivery charge quoted up front rather than added at the end.
How often are the units cleaned and serviced?
Once a week on long-term rentals as standard. The truck pumps the tank, washes and sanitizes the interior, charges deodorizer and restocks toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Busy sites need two or three visits a week, and we will say so when we quote rather than waiting for a complaint in August.
What does a service visit include?
Waste pump-out with a vacuum truck, interior cleaning and sanitizing of the seat, door and touch points, fresh deodorizer charged into the tank, and toilet paper and hand sanitizer restocked. On sinks we also refill the fresh-water tank, empty the grey-water tank and replace soap and towels.
What happens if a unit gets damaged during my rental?
Normal wear and tear is on us. Damage beyond that, including vandalism and tip-overs, is the renter’s responsibility, which is standard in the industry. If the site is unsecured overnight, ask about the damage waiver when you book, because it costs very little compared with replacing a unit.
Where should I place the portable restroom?
On flat, level ground with clear access for the delivery and service truck. Keep units at least 25 feet from any food service area, within a comfortable walk for guests or crew, and out of traffic lanes. Level matters more than people expect: a unit on a slope does not drain properly and does not stay clean.
How much space is needed for delivery?
A standard unit occupies roughly a 4ft by 4ft footprint and stands about 7ft 6in tall. The truck needs at least 10ft of clearance width to get in, room to reach the unit with a hose on service days, and no low branches or wires over the spot. ADA units need roughly double the footprint.
Can you deliver to any location?
We deliver to private property, construction sites, farms, parks, film locations and event venues right across Ventura County. Public rights of way, park bookings and some venues need a permit, which comes from the city or county rather than from us. Sites down narrow ranch driveways are fine, because we run smaller trucks for exactly that.
Do you offer ADA-compliant units?
Yes. Our ADA units are much larger, with a step-free entry, a wheelchair-width door, a 60-inch turning circle inside and grab bars at the toilet. Public events and most public agency contracts are legally required to provide them, and at private events with older guests they get used more than anybody expects.
Are portable restrooms available for cold-weather events?
Yes. Ventura County rarely freezes, but the Ojai and Simi valleys get cold enough overnight in winter to matter. Units can be run with antifreeze in the tank, and restroom trailers include heating as well as air conditioning, which makes a real difference at an evening event in January.
Do you provide restrooms for construction sites?
Yes, and it is the biggest part of what we do. Cal/OSHA requires one toilet for up to 20 workers and one toilet seat plus a urinal per 40 workers above that, though most contractors run closer to one unit per ten people to avoid queues. Job site rentals go on a flat monthly rate with weekly service included and free repositioning as the work moves.
